Chromium facilitates the uptake of glucose and balances blood sugars.
B5, B6 and B12 all support normal function of all cells, control sebum production, counteract stress responses, support the nervous and hormone systems, and are beneficial in times of stress.
Zinc is repairing and healing to the skin and gut. Assists with immunity.
Vitamin D assists with the healthy ageing process by regulating cell growth, re-growth and apoptosis (cell death).
