Welcome to Skin Health Emporium. Please take some time to read the following conditions applicable to the use and enjoyment of products provided on the site.
The following terms and conditions, along with site policies such as the Privacy Policy and other customer service policies, govern the use of Skin Health Emporium and constitute the entire agreement between the contracting parties. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions listed below as amended from time to time.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Skin Health Emporium www.skinhealthemporium.com.au is created and controlled in Victoria, Australia. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of Victoria. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.
CAPACITY TO CONTRACT
Orders can only be placed with Skin Health Emporium by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.
REVIEW OF TERMS
These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Past terms and conditions can be accessed on request by written notice to Skin Health Emporium. Contact details can be found at Contact us. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.

All content on this site, including text, icons, graphics, etc are the property of Skin Health Emporium or its suppliers and are protected by Australian and International Copyright law. No part or portion of this site may be copied, sold or used in any manner for any commercial purpose without written consent.
MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order value is $20.
SHIPPING
Skin Health Emporium is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Skin Health Emporium. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Skin Health Emporium reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.
Skin Health Emporium is a retail service for consumers, and reserves the right to refuse any orders that it reasonably believes are for the purposes of resale.
PAYMENT
Skin Health Emporium is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Skin Health Emporium may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.
IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: CUSTOMS FEES
Some countries/areas (UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be. By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. “merchandise” or “gift”) and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offense for us to make a false Customs declaration, and we are unable to misrepresent your goods for the reduction of import duties/tax fees.
PROMOTIONS
Only one promotion per transaction can be use. Promotions can be used in conjunction with delivery promotions and free delivery.
REVIEWS / COMMENTS
Throughout the use of the site users may be invited to review certain products. If you do submit such reviews, you give Skin Health Emporium permission to use, reproduce, modify and publish them in a royalty-free, irrevocable manner. You also permit Skin Health Emporium to publish your first name and State or Town. Such reviews posted, in no way represent the views or opinions of Skin Health Emporium or its owners, shareholders, employees or others, but are the sole product of its creator.
PURPOSE OF GOODS
Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. Questions as to use can be directed to Skin Health Emporium Contact us page.

The advice and information contained within this website is of a general nature and is not intended to constitute or replace professional advice for individual or specific conditions. While we make every effort to ensure that the information contained within this website is correct, we take no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from its use.
PRODUCT SUITABILITY
Some of the products we sell are not suitable for customers with certain conditions, for example pregnancy. These products are clearly marked with a caution on the product description pages as well as displaying this caution on the checkout bag page.
Additionally during checkout when purchasing some products, some questions regarding your skin condition and specific medication you are currently taking, will need to be answered to ensure the suitability of the products you have chosen.
If we feel that the answers you have provided result in your chosen products being not suitable, a skin therapist will be in contact with you to either suggest an alternative product or a refund will be offered.

We will provide skincare advice for online customers by phone, Skype/Facetime or by email. This may involve suggestions to use certain products from our website based on the information you provide to our skin therapists in order to treat your skin concerns. However, it is not always possible to prevent you from having adverse skin reactions to any of our products when a face-to-face consultation has not been carried out. We will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to your skin under these circumstances. In certain situations refunds may be provided.Skin consultations are an upfront cost of $50 which is only redeemable on products from the Skin Health Emporium official website. The consultation fee is non-refundable and only last for 2 weeks from the consultation date.
As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Skin Health Emporium’s Terms of Use and Skin Health Emporium’s Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Skin Health Emporium’s Refer-a-Friend program:Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.skinhealthemporium.com.au by a person (a “Referred Customer”) who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Referred Customer and Qualified Referral can only receive the $10 off promotion after their first purchase over $99+.
Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer must be a new customer and has never made a purchase on www.skinhealthemporium.com.au
