Bring Your Journey To Life With All The Nitty Gritty
I always struggle to answer this question as I believe as humans we are many more things than just a list but in a nutshell, this is who I am. I am a psychotherapist, I am a Les Mills fitness trainer, I am a professional model, a blogger and, most importantly, I am a learning soul. When I was 18, I left my home in Italy to find who I am and understand my true self. At the time, I was not aware that this was the reason. I lived in Rhode Island in the United States for a while and then explored Europe before I arrived in Australia, a place I could finally call home. I studied Education and Linguistics as part of my degree on a Merit Scholarship and a Grad Dip in Counselling and Psychotherapy as part of my postgraduate studies. One of my goals in life is to help those less fortunate who are experiencing hardship and emotional pain. I believe that kindness for those around us is profoundly beautiful.
Upon gaining my Bachelor Degree in Education and Linguistics, I completed my postgraduate studies in counseling. As an Italian living and studying for my undergraduate degree in Australia, I became interested in and conducted projects and research on the cognitive processes of being bilingual. I wrote a thesis on the cognitive advantages of raising children bilingual as part of my Bachelor course. In 2013 I started working in Welfare for a leading tertiary study institution in Sydney where I am currently employed. As part of my job, I counsel and support both local and international young adults who are experiencing hardship and personal issues. I am passionate about supporting individuals in their daily struggles, helping them overcome fears and embracing change. Supporting individuals emotionally, psychologically and socially on a daily basis is a privilege and I truly love my job where happiness for those I help is just reward. I began modelling in 2013. I have appeared in several TV commercials and printing campaigns in both Europe and Australia. I started my blog 2 years ago. It must be the introverted side of my personality that finds writing the most comfortable way to communicate and I feel a great sense of liberation when I express myself through words.
What Is Your Full That Drives You To Prosper?
My main drive is keeping to evolve and learn. I have decided to embrace whatever life throws at me with a total lack of in-betweens and I define this as the secret of my inner beauty and success. Kindness, with no doubt, represents my core value and I consider it my superpower. Kindness is fundamentally beautiful and is a very simple way to tell someone that there is love to give to others. It represents a great significance to my life and I am very grateful for every gesture made towards me and the one that I manage to demonstrate to others.
What Does Success Mean To You? Do You Believe In Luck?
Success for me is reaching happiness through self-love. No matter what you do. There is not any one job more prestigious than another. It’s about what brings happiness and meaning to your life. I personally don’t like using the word “luck” or “lucky”. I acknowledge that sometimes people can be more fortunate to encounter circumstances that allow them to reach goals in an easier way. However, I am a true believer that if you really want something you will put your energy and effort to make it happen. You may succeed or you may not but you will definitely learn and it’s the best achievement in itself.
Secrets Of Your Self-care
Being beautiful starts from within and radiates out through our body. In order to be healthy, you need to work both on your mental health as well as on your physical health. Both are equally important. To be totally honest with you I don’t carry out many skincare routines. I am a very practical person. I try to keep my skin routine simple, I’m a huge fan of Aspect SMC for hydration and mositure and Aspect Retinol Brulee for anti-ageing and more importantly, I eat very healthily. Dealing With Mental Health
I am an advocate of mental health and I believe that reaching a healthy mental level represents one of the core elements of self-care in order to conduct a happy and healthy life-style. There are many practical ways in order to maintain a healthy mental health level such as such practicing fitness, meditation, mindfulness etc. Most importantly embracing positive thinking is fundamental in order to maintain our mind healthy. The first thing that I personally do in the morning when I open my eyes is to think about 3 things in my life that I am grateful for. Learning to be thankful for what we already have, give us the strength to pursue all that we want to achieve.
